Mods for Fruit PG does not require users to create an account in the current version of the App.

Some information may nevertheless be processed automatically when you use the App, including:

• Device and operating system information.
• Advertising identifiers where permitted by your device settings and consent choices.
• App interaction and advertising information.
• Crash, diagnostic, and technical information that may be provided by platform or advertising services.
• Purchase-related information handled by Apple App Store or Google Play.

2. Local App Data

Certain information is stored locally on your device so that App features can work properly.

• Favorite mods.
• Saved mods.
• Download history.
• Unlocked premium mods.
• Virtual coin balance.
• Sound and App preferences.

This information is generally used to provide App functionality and remember your choices.

3. Advertising

The App may display advertising, including banner ads, native ads, interstitial ads, app-open ads, and rewarded ads.

We currently use Google Mobile Ads / Google AdMob to provide advertising.

Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, device information, and other advertising data in accordance with their own policies and applicable law.

Rewarded advertisements may be offered in exchange for optional in-App benefits, such as virtual coins.

4. App Tracking Transparency

On supported Apple devices, the App may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

You can allow or deny tracking permission. Your choice can also be changed later through your device settings where supported.

Denying tracking permission does not prevent you from using the main features of the App.

5. Advertising Privacy Choices

Where required, Google User Messaging Platform may provide consent or privacy options related to advertising.

If privacy choices are available for your region, you may access them from the App's Settings screen.

6. In-App Purchases

Mods for Fruit PG may offer optional purchases of virtual coins.

Payments are processed directly by the relevant platform, including Apple App Store or Google Play.

We do not directly receive or store your complete payment card information.

Purchase information required to complete and validate an in-App transaction may be processed by the platform and the App.

7. Mod Downloads

The App allows users to browse and download mod files.

When you download a mod, the App may communicate with our content server to retrieve the requested file and may update technical statistics such as download counts or view counts.

Downloaded files may be saved locally on your device.

8. Server Communications

The App communicates with servers to provide features such as:

• Loading available mods.
• Category information.
• Pagination and search-related content.
• Retrieving mod files.
• Updating view and download counts.
• Retrieving advertising configuration.

Standard web server logs may temporarily contain technical information such as IP address, request time, browser or device information, and requested server resources.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party platforms and services, including:

• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads.
• Google User Messaging Platform.
• Apple App Store / StoreKit.
• Google Play Billing where the Android version is available.

These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

11. Data Retention

Local App data remains on your device until it is removed through available App controls, clearing App data, or deleting the App.

Information handled by third-party providers is retained according to those providers' own policies.

We use reasonable technical measures intended to protect App communications and functionality.

However, no internet transmission, software application, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. Your Choices

Depending on your device and location, you may be able to:

• Change App Tracking Transparency permission on iOS.
• Clear local download records from the App.
• Delete the App and locally stored App data.
• Adjust advertising or privacy settings provided by your operating system.

Mods for Fruit PG is an independent application.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with the original game developers, publishers, or trademark owners associated with third-party game content.

All respective trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
